More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
